This is a metal rack that was custom made to lock a generation one Segway (i167, i170, i180), using the same kind of locking pin (not included) that one might use with a tow hitch, usually available at most hardware stores. The cost to manufacture it was several hundred dollars. It's heavy gauge metal with thick welds and weighs 12.8 pounds. The rack was designed to be attached to the ground, with two studs or bolts (not included). The handle rests against the cushioned area and a pin is locked in place on the top end to secure the handle to the rack. The black bar leaning against it is not included and was just there to support it for the picture. When it's bolted to the ground, it needs no other support. This is a no reserve auction.
